Requirements

10-12 years experience in business and product analysis with strong functional understanding of blockchain concepts: tokenomics, token standards, consensus mechanism, smart contracts, tokenization, DeFi protocols for primarily public blockchains like Ethereum, Solana and private DLTs
Experience in asset management, financial services, capital markets, fintech (added advantage)
Experience in writing user stories, epics, acceptance criteria and documenting business workflows
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills to influence decisions and engagement across all levels of the organization
Promotes and demonstrates a learning mindset by staying abreast of emerging trends in blockchain ecosystem
Committed and inspirational leader capable of developing associates & leaders to achieve their fullest potential within their job family and career goals
Proven ability to collaborate across teams, with peers and leadership teams to align team objectives, KPI’s and standards to accelerate business delivery

Responsibilities

Translate complex business problems into clear blockchain-enabled solutions
Bridge business, product and engineering teams to deliver decentralized products and digital asset solutions for financial asset management
Work with engineering teams and collaborate with business, product and technology stakeholders for Fidelity Digital Asset Management within Asset Management Technology
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, process models, user stories and feasibility analysis for build-buy decisions
Contribute to the product and technology roadmap aligned to the business strategy
Contribute to the delivery of functional capabilities to meet business goals of offering digital asset based products to customers
Work at the frontier of digital transformation and decentralized finance
Collaborate with business, world-class engineers and product leaders to create real enterprise and customer value
Champion the culture of innovation and research to remain at the forefront of blockchain technology and thought leadership
