Requirements

Candidates should have 8-12+ years of progressive treasury and banking experience, including leadership roles, with strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proficiency with NetSuite, Excel-based modeling, and bank portal systems is required. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is necessary, with an MBA or CTP certification preferred. Experience in SaaS or technology companies, particularly in high-growth or pre-IPO environments, is strongly preferred. Experience with TMS or treasury automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Director of Treasury will lead the development and execution of global cash and liquidity strategies, build and maintain a cash forecasting framework, and develop regular internal and external Treasury reporting. Responsibilities include optimizing working capital, managing global bank structures, developing cash and investment policies, leading bank and lender relationships, managing debt compliance, assessing FX risk exposure, and supporting intercompany funding decisions. The role also involves partnering with Legal, Tax, and Accounting on intercompany matters and preparing the treasury function for SOX compliance and public company reporting.
