Requirements

Experience defining and driving Product Security strategy, including security assurance, proactive risk reduction, and secure AI innovation
Ability to lead and scale high-impact security programs and manage teams of security professionals
Strategic partnership capabilities with CISO and executive leadership
Expertise in multi-cloud security architecture and strategy (GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.)
Deep knowledge of containerization security, including Kubernetes clusters, network policies, and secrets management
Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) security, e.g., Terraform guardrails
Skills in embedding security into Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and partnering with Engineering/Product leadership
Experience in financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, vendor contracts, and ROI analysis for security investments
Ability to define, track, and report KPIs/security metrics and translate risks into business terms
Strong people leadership skills, including mentoring Security Engineers/Analysts, career development, and performance feedback
Thought leadership in security industry (e.g., conference talks, papers, forums)
Experience in hypergrowth AI company environments, enabling secure AI development/deployment globally

Responsibilities

Define and evolve long-term Product Security strategy aligned with business goals and tech advancements
Own creation and execution of Product Security roadmap (security features, SDLC enhancements, threat modeling, risk reduction)
Manage Product Security budget, including forecasting tools, vendor contracts, and personnel allocation
Define, track, report KPIs/security metrics; provide data-driven insights to leadership
Conduct regular impact analysis (ROI) of security investments; lead time/cost-reduction; translate risks to business terms
Lead and mentor growing team of Security Engineers and Analysts; provide career development and feedback
Define/execute goals for secure AI development/deployment in hypergrowth environment
Engage as security industry thought leader (talks, papers, forums)
Define security architecture/strategy for multi-cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure)
Implement security controls for containerized apps, focusing on Kubernetes (network policies, secrets management)
Implement IaC security guardrails (e.g., Terraform) for secure cloud resource provisioning
Partner with Engineering/Product to integrate security into SDLC
