Requirements

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in ecommerce or marketplace management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • 10+ years of experience in ecommerce, marketplace, or digital retail leadership with a proven track record of driving multi-channel growth and profitability
  • Deep understanding of online marketplaces—including Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, and emerging platforms
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale marketplace operations, including advertising, fulfillment (FBA/FBM), and product content optimization
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and developing high-performing talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external brand partners
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to drive strategic decision-making and optimization of ecommerce initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to drive marketplace success and optimize performance
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for expansion and differentiation
  • Oversee the development and execution of promotional and advertising strategies to increase visibility and sales on marketplace platforms
