Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Enterprise Data Platform team of engineers and data professionals
  • Identify and implement data platform solutions meeting internal customers’ needs
  • Lead data product development and engineering efforts for data infrastructure powering internal data analytics
  • Ensure the platform is robust, scalable, aligned with company strategic objectives
  • Enable seamless data integration, transformation, and accessibility across the data ecosystem
  • Build and lead a team of talented data product managers, data engineers, and data analysts
  • Train and mentor team members
  • Identify and resolve technical challenges
  • Oversee integrity of data pipelines
  • Ensure data infrastructure is optimized for performance, reliability, and security
  • Ensure team masters data business domains and maintains ownership/accountability for deliverables
  • Oversee development of strong data pipelines aligned with automated build, CI/CD, and cloud-native delivery
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and provide leadership to stakeholders
