Director, Manufacturing Operations Management - Injection Molding

This role leads and coordinates teams and processes across multiple manufacturing areas, including Production Engineering, Manufacturing Process Development, Mold, Tool & Die/Model Making, Production Operations, Production Planning/Control, and Manufacturing Materials Supply. Responsibilities include ensuring alignment with business objectives, maintaining a well-trained workforce, overseeing efficient production, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The Director will also manage performance, drive talent development, ensure positive associate relations, enhance engagement, recognize achievements, and promote a strong safety culture. They are responsible for ensuring associates follow GxP regulations, maintaining quality systems, partnering with R&D and Quality, leading the annual financial operating budget, and fostering a culture of continuous advancement in efficiency, processes, cost, and value.
