Responsibilities

  • Scientific Support: Provide clinical and scientific expertise to support all aspects of the international lung cancer business.
  • Thought Leader Engagement: Build and maintain meaningful relationships with lung cancer specialists and thought leaders to enhance brand and product recognition.
  • Launch Support: Lead and support international Medical Affairs activities before, during, and after product launches.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with global and local teams and other departments to implement strategic plans and improve customer experiences.
  • Scientific Data Dissemination and Training: Support and conduct scientific training and education sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Clinical Research: Plan and conduct international studies, as well as support the implementation of global clinical trials.
  • Innovation: Lead the integration of new technologies into the Oncology Business Unit.

Your Profile

  • Professional Expertise: Clinical experience in thoracic oncology and a track record in medical affairs.
  • Thought Leader Experience: Demonstrated experience in working with thought leaders and in engagement management.
  • Customer and Patient Orientation: Ability to convey scientific data clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Team and Communication Skills: Experienced in cross-functional collaboration and working in a matrix organization.
  • Flexibility and Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
  • Technology: Experience with the integration of Digital Technologies.
