Requirements

Expertise in Hematology therapeutic area with high level of therapeutic expertise
Ability to engage in high-quality peer-to-peer scientific dialog with Regional/International Thought Leaders (RTLs) in Intercontinental Region Countries (mainly Brazil, Latin America including Puerto Rico, Canada, Turkey, KSA&Gulf, and Israel)
Field-based role requiring ~50-70% time interacting with external stakeholders (investigators, clinical thought leaders) and supporting internal stakeholders
Capability to capture medical insights and act as therapeutic area resource to cross-functional partners
Alignment of engagements with medical strategies and provision of insights to inform regional/global strategy

Responsibilities

Engage in meaningful peer-to-peer scientific dialog with healthcare system Regional/International Thought Leaders (RTLs) focused on pre- and peri-launch period in Hematology
Collaborate with Intercontinental Thought Leaders to identify and generate insights on evolving care paradigms to inform medical strategy
Provide strategic input into education and communication materials, including conference symposia
Provide strategic input into regional access and reimbursement strategy
Serve as subject matter expert for internal education for key strategic team members of GPT, governance bodies, commercialization cross-functional teams, WW medical team, and Local Medical Teams
Support regional clinical trial execution strategy especially for priority trials when needed
Facilitate scientific partnerships and research collaborations with Global and Local medical teams, and other WW functions such as the Global Development Team (GDD)
Provide recommendations and insights to the clinical development team on study feasibilities and site selection based on field knowledge and direct contacts with potential investigators
