Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to nanomedicine and targeted delivery application
  • Provide leadership for the development and implementation of our portfolio in delivery strategies and actively engage functional leaders across organizations to drive strategies that position our teams to deliver the best product to our patients
  • Drive the creation and execution of strategic project plans to support long range and yearly business plans. Drive external collaborations
  • In partnership with organizational management, establish, monitor, and evolve functional governances and make recommendations for adjustments as necessary to ensure efficient communication, escalation, and decision making
  • Leverage the highest quality scientific principles and a drug development mindset to enable strategic and operational objectives
  • Work with the management team to develop and maintain clear, ongoing communication within and outside of the organization concerning our vision, performance, and impact
  • Actively contribute to the successful implementation of key initiatives, including acceleration plans, portfolio delivery and sourcing models, and share initiatives and implementation plans
  • Bring forward proposals and lead implementation of projects from design to delivery that will contribute to successful project delivery as effectively and efficiently as possible
  • Proactively identify potential issues and contingency plans with a focus on quality and risk mitigation across our delivery platform projects
  • Contribute to defining technologies that would benefit the organizations short- and long-term goals
  • Drive effective communication, escalation, and shared learning with the necessary technical experts and leaders
  • Collaborate and drive external partners to deliver on portfolio projects
  • Apply innovation and lessons learned in real time. Enable a culture of continuous improvement to drive efficiency through process improvement, technology and automation, and shared learning
