Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for Global Statistical Sciences (GSS) at Lilly Capability Center India (LCCI)
- Lead within GSS and across R&D, contributing to cross-functional initiatives and influencing the field
- Partner with GSS and local Associate VP/VPs to plan, forecast, and manage resources for project delivery
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement within LCCI and across GSS to support therapeutic area and Business Unit deliverables
- Establish deep technical capabilities at LCCI, supervising direct reports and a diverse staff for hands-on statistical activities
- Develop strategies to build advanced statistical capabilities and expertise within the team
- Build, maintain, and foster deep therapeutic, scientific excellence, and environmental expertise
- Oversee a flexible, efficient organization responding to pipeline changes and business demands
