Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Sr. Creative Director, Sr. Director of Visioneering, Footwear Design Director, Color and Materials teams, Graphics Directors, and external partners to shape a cohesive vision for Jordan Basketball
  • Build strong partnerships across the design community and cross-functional teams
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, encouraging the team to explore new ideas, take calculated risks, and develop unimagined possibilities
  • Lead apparel product design for Global Jordan Basketball, setting standards and creating products that shift how people move, feel, and express themselves through the game
  • Ignite future trends by reading subtle signals from court, community, and culture, translating them into designs with presence, purpose, and energy
  • Build product with intentional, fearless energy akin to great athletes, refusing to settle
