Requirements

10+ years in applied ML, including 4+ years leading multi-team organizations delivering production ML systems
Deep ML expertise, with strong foundations in math, statistics, and computer science
Proficiency in modern ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow/JAX) and distributed systems
Exceptional communication skills—able to simplify complex topics for executives and provide precise technical guidance to teams

Responsibilities

Lead and scale a high-performing Applied Science org at the intersection of research and product
Set strategy, raise the bar on scientific excellence, and ship reliable, cost-efficient ML systems that power UiPath
Dive into models when it matters and shape roadmaps, talent, and cross-functional execution
Build and lead a multi-disciplinary team of applied scientists across core product lines (document understanding, UI automation, agents)
Launch and scale UiPath’s new London site
Deliver quantifiable improvements in model quality, latency, cost efficiency, safety, and reliability through rapid research-to-production cycles
