Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have at least 3 years of experience in software development, demonstrating a deep understanding of software development principles and technologies. They should be proficient in various software languages or tools, and possess experience with unit testing and integration testing.
The Development Engineer II will design, code, and debug applications, develop software solutions by studying user needs and system processes, perform unit testing and integration testing, maintain and improve existing codebases through peer review, troubleshoot and resolve software defects, collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features, write and maintain technical documentation, conduct research to discover new technologies, participate in project planning, manage tasks and deadlines, ensure software security and compliance, and translate customer requirements into technical specifications.
