Candidates need a BS, MS, or PhD in engineering or computer science, 3+ years of experience with C/C++ and/or Python, 2+ years with LLM training framework development and optimization, strong mathematical fundamentals, parallel programming experience ideally with CUDA, and strong communication skills.

A strong candidate has a degree in engineering or computer science, programming proficiency in C/C++ and/or Python, experience with LLM training frameworks and CUDA, strong math skills, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Domain expertise in LLM, CTR, CV, or HPC is helpful but not required.
