Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support for macOS devices, including setup, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Install and update macOS applications and operating systems while ensuring compatibility with enterprise systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues related to Mac desktops, laptops, and peripherals such as printers and displays
- Assist with deployment and imaging of Mac devices using automated management tools (e.g., Jamf, Apple Business Manager)
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure seamless connectivity and interoperability between Mac and Windows environments
