Position Overview

At Linear, we are on a mission to bring magic back to software. We empower product teams by building an issue tracking and project management tool that combines UI elegance with world-class performance. We are seeking a Designer with strong visual taste to drive our creative initiatives across web and brand. We are looking for experienced individuals who can tackle any design problem, focusing on both functionality and aesthetics. As Linear is fundamentally a developer tool, speed, interactions, and small details are paramount. We expect a broad range of design skills and the ability to create high-quality designs, interactions, and prototypes.

In this role, you will be instrumental in communicating Linear's story—what we're building and why it matters—as part of our internal creative agency, the Magic Team.

Requirements

• Several years of experience leading and designing interactive web experiences.
• Excellent visual, UI, motion, and interactive design skills.
• A keen eye for good design, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine love for the craft.

Responsibilities

• Partner with developers to build website and landing pages.
• Collaborate with marketing on branding initiatives.
• Work with other designers and copywriters to develop integrated marketing concepts that can extend across various channels.
