Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement control system architectures for industrial automation projects
  • Program, configure, and troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar)
  • Design and develop HMI/SCADA interfaces for operator control, system monitoring, and data visualization
  • Create and maintain detailed control system documentation including electrical schematics, logic diagrams, and network layouts
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and commissioning at both in-house and client facilities
  • Integrate control systems with field devices, sensors, instrumentation, and networks
  • Provide technical support for control system installation, startup, and maintenance activities
  • Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and process engineers to ensure seamless system design and functionality
  • Ensure all control system designs comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability
