Maintain current CPR certification
Previous experience desired but not required

Responsibilities

Assist dentists and hygienists in chairside procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient patient care
Prepare and set up instruments, materials, and equipment, ensuring readiness for dental procedures
Order and maintain supplies and inventory, ensuring availability of necessary materials for patient care
Accurately record information on patient records, maintaining comprehensive and organized documentation
Attend to the needs of patients with patience, care, compassion, and understanding, fostering a comfortable and supportive environment
Sterilize instruments and clean and maintain equipment and work areas, upholding strict standards of cleanliness and infection control
Help identify related medical and/or social problems and order supplies and materials, contributing to comprehensive patient care
Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of inventory, ensuring accountability and efficiency in supply management
Perform tasks outlined by the American Dental Association, the Missouri Dental Board, and the National Network of Oral Health Access, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and readiness to support the dental team as needed
