Requirements
- Ability to slice, package, weigh, and sell deli products including meats and cheeses
- Knowledge of food safety, food freshness, and product handling policies and procedures
- Capability to maintain presentation and cleanliness of the deli, including display cases
- Understanding of club policies, procedures, and compliance
- Ability to provide high level of customer service, answer questions, recommend products, and handle special orders
- Skills to receive, inspect, display, stock, rotate, and store deli products
- Commitment to GOLD Member Standards (Greet, Anticipate, Appreciate), club standards, and daily execution like grand opening look

Responsibilities
- Provide high level of customer service to Members, answer questions, recommend deli items, answer calls, and take special orders
- Slice, package, weigh deli products including cheeses and meats; help Members select products; sample products; prepare and package special orders and party trays
- Receive and inspect deli shipments; display, stock, rotate, and store deli products following food safety, freshness, and handling policies
- Ensure all products are fresh and meet company quality standards; check for out-of-date products daily and follow appropriate disposal procedures
- Maintain presentation and cleanliness of the deli department, including display cases
- Carry out job functions as assigned, support club policies and compliance, and escalate concerns as appropriate
- Deliver service excellence, resolve member concerns, ensure safe and positive environment
- Work as a team to achieve goals, execute promotional plans, maintain accurate signage, and keep areas clean and organized
