  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, BI engineering, or data engineering roles
  • Expertise in SQL with experience working on large datasets
  • Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with data pipelines and ETL/ELT frameworks
  • Experience with at least one programming language (Python or R)
  • Understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, web tracking (GA4, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics), and campaign performance metrics
  • Solid understanding of B2C SaaS or consumer product metrics: MRR, churn, retention, LTV, CAC, funnel metrics
  • Familiarity with modern data stack tools, including Snowflake (data warehousing), DBT (data transformation and modeling), and Tableau (data visualization and reporting) is highly advantageous

  • Build data models, dashboards, and insights for B2C products
  • Understand core subscription and user engagement metrics, including MRR, churn, retention cohorts, LTV, CAC, and funnel analysis
  • Translate business problems into scalable data solutions
