Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
3–5 years of experience in data analytics, BI engineering, or data engineering roles
Expertise in SQL with experience working on large datasets
Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar)
Hands-on experience with data pipelines and ETL/ELT frameworks
Experience with at least one programming language (Python or R)
Understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, web tracking (GA4, Amplitude, Adobe Analytics), and campaign performance metrics
Solid understanding of B2C SaaS or consumer product metrics: MRR, churn, retention, LTV, CAC, funnel metrics
Familiarity with modern data stack tools, including Snowflake (data warehousing), DBT (data transformation and modeling), and Tableau (data visualization and reporting) is highly advantageous

Responsibilities

Build data models, dashboards, and insights for B2C products
Understand core subscription and user engagement metrics, including MRR, churn, retention cohorts, LTV, CAC, and funnel analysis
Translate business problems into scalable data solutions
