Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in statistics, data science, computer science, economics, or related fields
  • Experience in data science, growth analysis, or game experiment analysis
  • Experience in casual game experiments and data analysis is preferred
  • Familiar with building experiment frameworks and A/B testing processes; experience in experiment platform design or methodology development is a plus
  • Proficient in Python/SQL and understanding of statistical principles in experiment design and causal inference
  • Familiar with mainstream growth analysis and experiment systems, and understanding of business logic
  • Excellent logical thinking, structured expression, and cross-team communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the casual games team to provide scientific explanations and optimization suggestions for user growth and game design
  • Design and build growth analysis frameworks and experiment pipelines, and promote standardization, automation, and visualization of analysis and experiments
  • Collaborate with data engineering and product managers to promote unified integration of experiment systems across multiple game projects and governance of experiment data
