Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field required (Bachelor's required, Advanced Degree preferred)
Experience with agent orchestration frameworks, simulation environments, or robotics
Experience with Python Multiprocessing

Responsibilities

Design and implement AI agents using Python, integrating open-source frameworks (e.g., LangChain, VLLM, Ollama) and proprietary LLMs (OpenAI, VertexAI, etc.)
Develop modular, scalable, and reusable components for agent architecture including memory, planning, tool use, and multi-modal capabilities
Collaborate with product teams to prototype and evaluate novel agent behaviors and learning strategies
Support benchmarking of agent performance across tasks and environments
Assist in identifying bottlenecks and proposing optimizations
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines to support agent training, evaluation, and deployment
Implement observability and monitoring frameworks to ensure agent reliability and compliance
Integrate vector databases and embedding techniques to support agent memory and retrieval
Maintain CI/CD pipelines and MLOps frameworks to enable continuous delivery of AI capabilities
Assist fine-tuning and prompt engineering workflows to optimize agent performance across domains
Follow data governance and security best practices to ensure agent compliance with organizational standards
