Requirements

Minimum 12 years of experience in Collibra Data Governance
Proficiency in Collibra Data Governance (Must have skill)
Good to have: Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Python (Programming Language)
Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
Strong understanding of data modeling and database design principles
Experience with data integration tools and techniques
Familiarity with data quality frameworks and best practices

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain data solutions for data generation, collection, and processing
Create data pipelines
Ensure data quality
Implement ETL (extract, transform, and load) processes to migrate and deploy data across systems
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using GenAI and Agentic AI to address business challenges, automate processes, and integrate insights into workflows
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Take responsibility for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams
Mentor junior professionals in best practices for data governance and management
Continuously evaluate and improve data processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide effective solutions, ensuring robust and scalable data infrastructure
