Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Strong SQL, PL/SQL skills
Proven experience with data analysis, modeling, building ETL solutions, Celonis process mining tools
Solid analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets

Participate in analysis sessions and support data analysts to document data mapping and ETL requirements
Lead the design, development, and implementation of data models and ETL solutions to integrate functional data into Celonis
Ensure connections to source systems via JDBC and Kafka are reliable and secure
Maintain and provide operational support to Celonis production platform
Govern access rights for Celonis processes
Optimize Celonis data models and ETL processes for performance and scalability
Design, develop, and implement audit processes to ensure data integrity from application platforms to Celonis
Provide ongoing support to business and technology teams for continuous improvement in Process Intelligence and Automation
Facilitate and lead establishment of governance and best practices in Process Intelligence and Automation
Assist management with setting strategic, tactical goals for the team and plans to execute them
Experience with Agile Scrum Framework, Kanban
