Requirements
The candidate must be a U.S. Citizen with current/active TS/SCI security clearance, possess at least 5 years of experience in data engineering, demonstrate experience with managing virtualization platforms (Vsphere), experience with Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), proficiency in development using Python, and experience with shell scripting, such as bash programming or PowerShell programming.
Responsibilities
The Data Engineer will provide an environment to support rapid development and deployment, design, implement, operate, and maintain a full suite of local and cloud-based services, administer and troubleshoot private clouds, automate infrastructure and software deployment, perform general system and network administration activities, support an ‘all-hands on deck’ approach when necessary, and potentially utilize scripting using Python or Bash.
