Requirements

  • PhD or equivalent Master’s Degree plus experience in CS, CE, ML or related field
  • Strong experience with NLP, deep learning, and generative models
  • Strong experience building and applying machine learning models for business applications
  • Strong experience programming in Python, and using machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Proven ability to implement, operate, and deliver results via innovation at large scale
  • Preferred: PhD in CS, Machine Learning, Statistics or relevant field
  • Preferred: Experience in machine learning, NLP, deep learning and/or information retrieval
  • Preferred: Expertise with applying LLMs, prompt design, and fine-tuning methods
  • Preferred: Strong background in ML approaches and techniques, ranging from Artificial Neural Networks to Bayesian methods
  • Preferred: Experience with conversational AI
  • Preferred: Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Preferred: Demonstrated track record of cultivating strong working relationships and driving collaboration across multiple technical and business teams

Responsibilities

  • Work on large-scale Generative AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Deep Learning initiatives
  • Design and develop intelligent, personalized and trusted CRM Generative AI Applications
  • Address problems in areas like advanced Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) technologies, Enterprise Knowledge Graphs, Search Relevance, LLM evaluations and metrics, feedback-based learning, and parameter-efficient fine-tuning
  • Build and apply machine learning models for business applications
  • Collaborate with multiple technical and business teams; communicate effectively
  • Solve challenging, novel problems and demonstrate "fantastic problem solver" capabilities
