Requirements

Candidates should possess 5 years of experience with 3 years of Python development in a Data, Data Science, or Automation role, ideally building and scaling data products, and 6 months of experience leveraging GenAI/LLM to generate text, including fine-tuning. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, along with a strong understanding of sales deliverables and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

The Data & Automation Architect will be responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, and supporting complex automation solutions leveraging LLM, Snowflake, and Python, creating scalable solutions to reduce manual effort and establish monitoring systems for data reliability and performance. They will also own the end-to-end delivery of complex projects, define project scope and success metrics, serve as a technical advisor to GTM leadership, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Value teams to drive adoption of new services and improve operational efficiency through data-driven solutions.
