Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the construction or engineering sector
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Experience with SQL and data querying from relational databases
  • Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Collaborate with planning and operations teams to forecast resource needs and project timelines
  • Support cost estimation and budgeting through historical data analysis
  • Assist in risk analysis by identifying potential delays or cost overruns using predictive models
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner
  • Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations
