Requirements

  • Based in Moscow (or ready to move to Moscow with company support)
  • Final-year students and recent graduates (up to 2 years after graduation)
  • Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)
  • Previous experience with some of the following tools: scientific or statistical computing (Python, R), SQL, Big Data ecosystem (Hadoop, Azure), business intelligence tools (KNIME, Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire)
  • Education in Statistics, Mathematics, Applied Informatics, Business Management or similar areas (advantage)
  • Great leadership and ability to work
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and can-do attitude
  • Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Gather and clean data from various sources to ensure accuracy
  • Create analyses and visualizations to summarize data and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Conduct root cause and comparative analyses to identify trends and anomalies
  • Develop statistical models to forecast future trends and behaviors
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimizations
  • Collaborate with multifunctional teams (Marketing, Finance, IT, Sales) to understand data needs and present findings clearly
  • Demonstrate use of data visualization (Power BI, Excel), and analytic tools (Python, R, SQL, KNIME)
