Requirements

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 ERP Manufacturing/Supply Chain and at least 2 years of implementation experience. A minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations (Analysis – Deployment) and 5 years of industry or consulting experience are required. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience, fluent English, and a valid driver's license are necessary. A certification in Dynamics 365 ERP T&L is expected within the first 90 days of employment. Strong industry experience in Supply Chain or Materials Management, working knowledge of industry best practices, excellent communication, planning, and organization skills, strong customer relationship skills, and the ability to establish priorities and work independently are essential. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Responsibilities

The D365 F&O Senior Consultant will provide outstanding customer service and achieve client satisfaction by monitoring and triaging support cases, troubleshooting issues, and delivering high-quality solutions. Responsibilities include effectively communicating with customers, partners, and team members, supporting team members, and developing whitepapers and best practice knowledge base articles. The consultant will create and deliver proactive services, maintain effective customer relationships, log incidents, document communications, optimize utilization, and pursue professional education. They will also participate in larger project initiatives, lead process area-specific workstreams, design and document functional specifications for warehouse operations, configure and customize the Dynamics 365 warehouse management module, and provide training on warehouse management functionalities.
