Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in customer success, SaaS, or a related field, with a strong understanding of account management principles and a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships. Experience with SMB/MM or ENT accounts is preferred, as is the ability to identify and mitigate customer risks.
The Customer Success Manager II will manage a portfolio of SMB/MM or ENT accounts, proactively building relationships with key stakeholders and conducting regular business reviews. They will identify and flag potential risks leading to customer churn, engaging internal stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain customer communications. Furthermore, the CSM II will serve as the voice of the customer by gathering product and operational feedback, advocating for customer needs internally, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience on a day-to-day basis.
