Summary

You will be the primary point of contact for Deel's clients, both internally and externally. This dynamic role involves building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You will act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic guidance on operational and product-related matters, and championing new Deel products and capabilities to facilitate client expansion.

You are a talented generalist, adept at deriving insights from data and skilled in cross-functional project management with multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Accounts Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of SMB/MM or ENT accounts, including low to mid-sized spend accounts and those with strategic growth potential.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identify and flag risks that could lead to customer churn. Engage internal stakeholders to swiftly resolve issues while managing customer communications.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular business reviews.
  • Product Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal teams.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure a high-quality, day-to-day experience for all customers.
