Minimum 7.5 years of experience (ideally 7–12 years in project management)

Must-have skill: TOSCA Testsuite
Experience supporting recovering, stabilizing, and realigning projects facing significant delivery challenges, including end-to-end delivery recovery efforts (issue identification, impact assessment, recovery solutioning, execution of turnaround plans)
Experience in delivery governance frameworks aligned with TDLC, Agile, or SAFe methodologies, ensuring adherence to sprint cycles, milestones, and process standards
PMO support experience for monitoring and enhancing Delivery Experience (DEX), reducing Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), and improving delivery quality through KPIs
Experience gathering metrics and preparing reports for Steering Committees, weekly executive connects, and status reviews
Experience tracking and analyzing key schedule, quality, and financial metrics (e.g., SPI, burn rate, forecast accuracy, margin, budget compliance), identifying cost leakages, leading commercial resets, and EAC recovery initiatives
Experience tracking delivery risks and implementing preventive or corrective actions, ensuring compliance with internal audits, InfoSec requirements, and quality gates
Hands-on experience addressing complex technical and project-level challenges across teams
Hands-on experience in at least one major enterprise platform (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, o9 Solutions, or other supply chain platforms)
Experience in Agile and SI delivery principles with focus on transformation excellence, governance, and stakeholder satisfaction
Experience managing day-to-day execution, sprint coordination, issue tracking, team-level quality management, and team coaching
Experience creating MPP/MSPS plans, tracking schedule, cost, quality, effort variance, and rework
Professional skills: Experience in SAP QA lifecycle and automation frameworks; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to lead cross-functional testing teams
Technical skills: Tricentis Tosca (test case design, execution, automation); SAP Solution Manager integration; static and dynamic security testing (SAST/DAST) using Fortify and WebInspect; performance tuning tools (SQLM, SWLT, ST05); ABAP Test Cockpit (ATC), Code Inspector

Responsibilities

Define and implement test automation strategy using Tricentis Tosca
Integrate Tosca with SAP Solution Manager and CI/CD pipelines
Manage test case design, execution, and defect tracking
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to validate business processes
Ensure compliance with SAP testing standards and security protocols
Lead SAP testing automation initiatives using Tricentis Tosca, ensuring quality assurance across SAP S/4HANA and integrated systems
Assess delivery challenges, define recovery strategies, and execute stabilization plans
Provide hands-on problem-solving and delivery performance recovery
