CI/CD Pipeline Knowledge:
Bitbucket Pipelines (CI): Experience with bitbucket-pipelines.yml configuration, familiarity with branch-based workflows (feature → develop), integration with SonarCloud for code quality scanning, integration with Snyk for vulnerability scanning, understanding of pull request gating based on scan results and approvals
Azure Pipelines (CD): Ability to configure and trigger Azure DevOps pipelines via API, experience with Jfrog Artifactory and JFrog CLI for artifact management, deployment of artifacts to Azure-hosted VMs
Strong understanding of deployment processes in a production environment
Troubleshooting and support for CI/CD failures and deployment issues
L2-level support experience (deeper than basic monitoring, not development)
Ability to read and interpret logs, pipeline errors, and scan results
Good communication skills for coordination with developers and approvers
Must have skills: DevOps

Responsibilities

Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Provide L2 support for CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and environment issues (software and automation focus, no hardware support)
Troubleshoot CI/CD failures and deployment issues in production environments
Configure and manage Bitbucket Pipelines and Azure Pipelines
Integrate and manage tools like SonarCloud, Snyk, Jfrog Artifactory for code quality, vulnerability scanning, and artifact management
Handle pull request gating, approvals, and API-triggered pipelines
Read and interpret logs, pipeline errors, and scan results
Coordinate with developers and approvers
