Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in Selenium
5-8 years overall experience in testing of enterprise web and mobile based applications
At least 5+ years experience in test automation using Java/JS/Python, familiarity with CI/CD
Exposure to Performance testing and any Cloud Platform (AWS/Google Cloud/Azure)
Good experience in Agile, QA standards and processes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility to operate in dual mode as Manual/Automation QA based on project needs

Proficiency in Selenium (Must Have)
Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript (Good to Have)
Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and methodologies
Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner
Profiles with AI testing exposure (plus)

Responsibilities

Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into QE deliverables
Engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to specific business processes and requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements
Develop innovative solutions
Ensure applications meet highest standards of quality and performance
Participate in code reviews and testing to ensure applications function as intended
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and optimization in the development process
