Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience (overall 5 to 12 years in full-stack development, with at least 2 years in a lead developer or junior architect role)
Educational Qualification: 15 years full-time education
Must have skills: Java Full Stack Development
Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
Robust experience in Java Spring Boot, Python

Experience in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Hands-on experience with containerized solutions (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and IaC tools like Terraform or Bicep
AI-first mindset to align AI capabilities with business objectives, ensuring scalability, responsible use, and value realization

Responsibilities

Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery using GenAI and Agentic AI to address business challenges, automate processes, and integrate insights into workflows
Hands-on coding: Develop, test, and deploy applications using Java Spring Boot, Python for backend, and React or Angular for front-end
Solution design: Partner with senior architects to design scalable, cloud-native architectures focusing on performance, maintainability, and multi-cloud integration
Integration development: Build and maintain integrations using APIs, microservices, and event-driven patterns (REST, GraphQL, Kafka, message queues)
Multi-cloud implementation: Develop and deploy applications across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud for portability, cost, and performance optimization
AI integration: Implement AI features like automation and analytics using cloud AI services or frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Infrastructure support: Collaborate with DevOps on containerization, CI/CD, and IaC
Performance & security optimization: Conduct code reviews, testing, and adhere to best practices
Team collaboration: Work with developers, product managers, and infrastructure teams to translate requirements into implementations and provide mentorship
Continuous learning: Stay updated on full-stack, cloud, and AI trends for innovative solutions
