Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES
  • Proficiency in Siemens Opcenter Execution Discrete
  • 15 years full-time education
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies
  • Experience with application design and architecture principles
  • Familiarity with programming languages relevant to the role
  • Experience with Visual Studio for writing code to meet customization requirements
  • Strong experience in Siemens Opcenter MES architecture
  • E2E design & development experience
  • Ability to drive integration, design, and configurations with multiple systems
  • Experience with Camstar enterprise platform/Opcenter MD&D packaged solutions, including configuration and installation activities

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and customize Opcenter applications using Siemens Opcenter software tools and technologies
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and development tasks
  • Develop and implement integration solutions to connect MOM with other enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, and SCADA
  • Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Opcenter and MOM applications to ensure they meet quality and performance standards
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of code, development processes, and system configurations
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Opcenter and MOM applications
  • Support and troubleshooting in execution of Discrete industries (preferred)
