Minimum 5 years of experience (minimum 2 years in Workday US Absence Management)
15 years full-time education
Mandatory experience in primary skill (Workday US Absence Management)
Certification in primary skill (Workday US Absence Management) is mandatory
Proficiency in Workday US Absence Management (Must Have skill)
Strong grasp of Generative and Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks
Strong understanding of application development methodologies
Experience with configuration and customization of Workday applications
Familiarity with integration processes and tools related to Workday
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively
AI-first mindset to align AI capabilities with business objectives, ensuring scalability, responsible use, and value realization

Responsibilities

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices
Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Lead AI-driven solution design and delivery by applying GenAI and Agentic AI to address complex business challenges, automate processes, and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows
Collaborate with team members to understand project needs, develop application features, and ensure alignment with business objectives
Engage in testing, troubleshooting, and enhancing application performance and user experience
Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems
Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows
Engage in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices
Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and innovation in application design and functionality
