Responsibilities

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency
Develop and configure software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle
Collaborate with various teams to ensure software meets client requirements
Apply knowledge of technologies and methodologies to support project goals
Oversee the development process to ensure high-quality outcomes
