Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow (must-have skill)
  • Strong hands-on experience in Telecom Service Order Management (TSOM) and modules including TSM (Telecom Service Management), Telecom Sales Order Management (SOMT), Telecom Network Inventory (TNI), CMDB, and Integration Hub
  • Experience in feature development, configuration, integration, and code optimization using JavaScript and tools like Flow Designer and Integration Hub
  • Ability to integrate ServiceNow modules with 3rd party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub spokes, and MID servers
  • Understanding of Telecom domain (Network Services, OSS integration)
  • Strong understanding of application development methodologies
  • Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other platforms and tools
  • Familiarity with scripting languages relevant to ServiceNow
  • 15 years full-time education
  • Good to have: Experience with ITIL processes and frameworks

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
  • Collaborate with team members to understand project needs and develop innovative solutions
  • Ensure applications are optimized for performance and usability
  • Participate in testing and troubleshooting to ensure applications function as intended
  • Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Develop features, configure, integrate, and optimize code in ServiceNow using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub
