Responsibilities

Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients
Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work
Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications
Act as the primary point of contact
Collaborate with various teams to ensure project milestones are met
Facilitate discussions to address challenges
Guide the team in implementing effective solutions
Engage in strategic planning to align application development with organizational goals
Ensure applications meet user needs and industry standards
Balance technical oversight with team management
Foster an environment of innovation and continuous improvement
Expected to be an SME
Collaborate and manage the team to perform
Responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance skill development
