Responsibilities

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications
Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs
Analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients
Collaborate with team members to perform maintenance and enhancements, ensuring applications meet high standards of quality and functionality
Develop new features and address issues that arise
Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborate and manage the team
Be responsible for team decisions
Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
Provide solutions to problems for immediate team and across multiple teams
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities
Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth
