Minimum 5 years of experience (must have Cerner; good to have NA)
15 years full-time education
Minimum 3+ years of experience in Healthcare IT with hands-on configuration or support of at least one full Oracle Health solution
Proficient in Oracle Health System Build and Configuration across one or more Functional modules: Patient Accounting (Soarian Financials/RevElate), Registration, Scheduling, HIM, Charge Services, Acute Case Management, Pathology, Behavioral Health, Emergency Medicine, Gen Lab, Inpatient Nursing & Ancillaries, Pharmacy, Oncology, Radiology, Perioperative, Power Trials, Rehab Therapies, Maternity, Blood Bank, Community Care, Long-term Care, Geriatrics, Home-based Primary Care, Infection Control, Ambulatory/Inpatient Behavioral Health, Quality Reporting, Supply Chain
Proficient in Technical areas: CCL, SQL, Custom Reports, Interface Development
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in defect logging, tracking, and resolution
Excellent written communication and documentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a project or support team environment
Oracle Health/Oracle Cerner certification(s) preferred
Availability for on-call rotation, after-hours support, and travel as needed

Responsibilities

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices
Perform hands-on system configuration and build activities aligned with approved design specifications
Execute Unit, System, and Integration testing; document outcomes and resolve defects
Support data mapping, ETL processes, data validation, and reconciliation post-migration
Develop detailed system build documentation, user job aids, troubleshooting guides, and configuration workbooks
Address and resolve high-priority incidents escalated by the Service Desk, focusing on specific domain or system errors
Serve as a domain expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams on solution design and optimization
Provide end-user support during critical phases
