Responsibilities

Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact
Integrate and unify various database systems into the Swisscom ecosystem by implementing and maintaining scalable ETL pipelines for large volumes of data, ensuring data governance and security
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, analysts, business partners) to provide solutions and communicate with non-technical stakeholders
Develop and optimize data architectures and data transformation technologies to support analytical needs
Manage and optimize databases for performance, scalability, and availability
Integrate data from various sources, including APIs, external cloud platforms, and internal data systems
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in data processing, optimizing databases and data pipelines
Implement monitoring and logging solutions to proactively address data reliability and quality issues
