Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Micro Focus LoadRunner
Proficiency in Micro Focus LoadRunner (must-have skill)
Sound knowledge of industry-leading performance testing tools: LoadRunner Enterprise, NeoLoad, JMeter
Proficiency with protocols: Web (HTTP/HTML), Web Services, TruClient, Citrix, SAP-GUI, Kafka, MQ
Good foundation in performance engineering concepts, including monitoring tools: Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic; ability to configure metrics and build dashboards
Good understanding of JVM-related concepts
Proficiency in SQL queries
Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies
Experience with application development frameworks and tools
Ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics effectively
Familiarity with scripting languages for test automation
15 years of full-time education
Good to have: Lean Architecture, NoSQL DBs

Responsibilities

Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications using modern frameworks and agile practices
Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Collaborate with team members to understand project needs and develop application features
Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems
Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies
Design complex scenarios to depict real-world user patterns
Understand application functionality, performance requirements, and SLAs
Identify test environment, test data, and access needs
Create profiling, test scripts, test plans; execute, troubleshoot, and perform performance tuning
Create monitoring profiles to acquire performance metrics for optimization
Analyze test results and identify discrepancies against SLAs
Publish performance analysis reports and conduct review sessions with stakeholders
Engage in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience
Adapt to evolving project requirements and technologies
