Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in BMC Helix ITSM
Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM (Must Have skill)
Strong understanding of application development methodologies
Experience with integration of BMC Helix ITSM with other IT service management tools
Familiarity with scripting languages to automate tasks within BMC Helix ITSM
Knowledge of best practices in IT service management and application lifecycle management
BMC TSO (TrueSight Orchestration) skills in designing, developing, and maintaining automation workflows
Experience integrating TSO with IT tools like BMC Helix, monitoring systems, and infrastructure
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize TSO workflows for performance, reliability, and efficiency

Responsibilities

Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Perform independently and become a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Actively participate and contribute in team discussions
Contribute solutions to work-related problems
Assist in documentation of application specifications and user guides
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights
Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using BMC TSO to streamline IT processes
Integrate TSO with various systems such as ITSM tools, monitoring systems, and infrastructure components
Troubleshoot and optimize existing TSO workflows for performance, reliability, and efficiency
Maintain comprehensive documentation for workflows, integrations, and automation standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver automation solutions
Participate in testing and troubleshooting to ensure application quality and functionality
