Requirements

  • Ability to ensure clean and sanitary facilities (e.g., offices, restrooms, conference rooms, lobbies, elevators, parking lots) following company safety procedures, guidelines, and federal/state/local laws/regulations (e.g., OSHA, state health department)
  • Knowledge of cleaning tasks including wearing PPE, emptying waste/recycle bins, dusting, sweeping, wet mopping, stripping/waxing floors, sanitizing bathrooms/showers, vacuuming/spot-cleaning carpets, cleaning electronic devices (e.g., microwaves), windows, air conditioner ducts, ceiling tiles, and addressing additional cleaning needs
