Candidates should possess a University degree in a life-sciences field and at least 6 months of independent, on-site monitoring experience in a Pharmaceutical or Clinical Research Organisation. They must demonstrate a thorough understanding of ICH-GCP, EU and FDA requirements, as well as medical/therapeutic area knowledge and medical terminology. Exceptional communication, collaboration, organizational, and time management skills are required, along with a command of English and local languages.
As a Clinical Research Associate, the individual will perform and coordinate all aspects of the clinical monitoring process, conducting monitoring activities independently.
