Candidates must possess a university degree in a life sciences field and at least 6 months of independent, on-site monitoring experience in a Pharmaceutical or Clinical Research Organisation. A demonstrated understanding of ICH-GCP, EU, and FDA requirements, along with medical/therapeutic area knowledge and medical terminology, is essential. Exceptional communication, collaboration, organizational, and time management skills are required. Proficiency in both German and English languages is mandatory.
The CRA I - FSP France will perform and coordinate all aspects of the clinical monitoring process, including conducting monitoring activities independently. They will also thrive in multi-national project teams, deliver outstanding customer service on ambitious projects, and work in a collegiate environment taking ownership for their work.
