Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Strategic Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
  • Superb storyteller with demonstrable writing and editing skills (writing samples required as part of the application process)
  • Confident communicator and presenter—both verbally and written
  • Tech savvy with a strong understanding of social media platforms and digital communication trends
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to balance and prioritize assignments under a deadline
  • Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach
  • Design skills and video editing experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the creation, editing, and distribution of content for internal channels to engage corporate and field associates
  • Supporting media relations efforts, including drafting press releases and monitoring company coverage
  • Utilizing strong writing and editing skills to craft various communication materials, including articles, announcements, and key messages
  • Applying a strong understanding of social media platforms and potentially assisting with design and video editing for communications campaigns
  • Participating in a 10-week paid internship program, including personalized mentorship, professional development activities, team-building, and presenting projects/insights at the end (with possibility of scholarships)
