Requirements

- Ideally, more than two years of experience from a Big Four firm
- Preferred experience as CFO, Head of Finance, or Finance Director from a small or medium-sized business

Responsibilities
- Prepare annual budgets for effective financial planning
- Provide weekly updates on cash flow
- Conduct monthly P&L and cash updates for comprehensive financial insights
- Evaluate and implement cost optimization programs
- Review intercompany and external loans to ensure optimal financial health
- Offer support to sales and operations teams
- Lead the Working Capital responsibilities
- Manage the Human Resources Financial Planning responsibilities
